As a Master's-level Social Worker, I specialize in providing expert guidance and support through wise counseling, life coaching, strategizing, and practical solutions to navigate life's challenges and triumphs. With extensive experience addressing real-life issues, I hold credentials as a licensed minister, certified life coach, and mentor. My philosophy is that problems exist because solutions are available, and sometimes we need help uncovering the truth beyond our immediate circumstances to focus on our desired outcomes and work towards them.

In addition to my professional expertise, I cherish my roles as a wife to my remarkable husband Tyrone and mother to our beautiful children, Nala and Micah. I'm deeply passionate about nurturing healthy marriages and families, believing that the world's healing and wholeness begin with strong family units. Through ten years of experience, I've learned valuable lessons and developed practical principles to share with you. Previously, I served as the head of marriage ministry at my local church alongside my husband, providing resources and tools to cultivate and maintain thriving marriages. I've also facilitated pre-marital counseling, marriage workshops, and couples retreats, equipping individuals with the skills to build lasting, fruitful relationships.
